This is a photograph taken and then manipulated with photoshope. I'm guessing they took the photograph and switched it to black and white, and put some other cool effects to it to make it look like this. To me the sky is the most interesting part to it, whether they just used a brush or it was part of the photograph, i don't know. I think they also used layers to create depth, which turned out really cool!
